Special Hobby has released a new, highly detailed kit in 1:48 scale of Israel’s version of the AH-1 Cobra.
The Israeli Air Force purchased and tested the AH-1G attack helicopters. Israel, in collaboration with the US counterpart, converted the AH-1S helicopters into a version that could destroy armoured vehicles and enemy fortified footholds. These AH-1S aircraft were fitted with TOW missiles. Israeli helicopters retained many features of the older AH-1G helicopter versions. Kit set includes highly detailed parts made of styrene on up to nine sprues, and one canopy part.
