Trumpeter brings us a 1/16th scale model kit of the early version of the King Tiger, with the “Porsche” (so called by many) turret. The interior is detailed with colour instructions. You can move the hatches as well as torsion bars and suspension. The kit includes over 1500 parts. The tracks will be movable, too, after assembly.

USS Midway which began construction in 1943 and entered service a month after its launch in 1945 and the surrender of Japan, was the first U.S. warship to bear the name of Midway, the CV-41, to commemorate the famous naval battle that turned the tide of the Pacific War. Midway served in many military campaigns, such as the Gulf War and Iranian Hostage Crisis, before being decommissioned and then decommissioned again in 1997. ModelThe CV41 Midway is the name of the U.S. Navy Midway class aircraft carriers. A 1/350 scale model kit by Trumpeter has been released. The slide-molded kit includes anti-aircraft guns and radar. It’s also reproduced using precision molds in order to recreate her majestic appearance when she was first commissioned. Four frets of basic photo-etched parts, decals, and carrier-based aircraft (F4U and SB2C) are included, as is a stand for display.
