Designed at the start of World War II the Crusader became one of Britain’s most significant cruiser tanks. It was produced in over 5,000 units. The Crusader was equipped with Christie suspension and large diameter rolling tires, which gave it a great deal of riding ability on rough terrain. The first MK version. The MK I and MK II are armed with 2 pdr guns. Later replaced by a more powerful 6pdr cannon. Mk.III version. He was very vulnerable against mines, anti-tank weapons, and other opposing forces without adequate armoring. His armament also proved to be inadequate when compared to similar German vehicles. When used together, however, they were able to produce good results.
