Hypersonic Models has been working on the Stanley C-1 downward-firing ejection seats plus a canopy to fit Kinetic Models F-104 Starfighter in 1:48 scale.
“Project Update – It’s been awhile!” [early] Things are ticking over, but much more slowly than to my liking, mostly because of delays in the supply of components made elsewhere.
The first new product to be released should be the F-104A (early) set for Kinetic, which includes all parts for the C-1 downward firing seat (developed in cooperation with Matt from Shrunk Craft). It could have come out last year, but I needed a different canopy that matched the new de-mister tube layout. A first batch of canopies is now finally cast by a contractor but I don’t know when those will get here”…..
