HMS Victory standard and elite editions are on their way from Neverland Hobby…

This new Neverland Hobby kit, no#77001. “HMS Victory”, with an interior and a complete exterior. It’s a 1/700th-scale kit. It’s compact but packed full of detail. A complete keel is included. This 1/700th scale model ship will be able to showcase its internal structure.

Every cannon on the gun decks & some extras as spares will be included, and most of the gun ports in this kit are depicted open, offering a more complete representation of the 104-guns. Neverland considered using etched ports for the doors, but dismissed it because the production of over 100 would be “maddening”. Even the thickest of etched pieces would be thin. They decided instead to use integrated parts and excellent mould technology, which ensures they accurately depict the robust oak hull of the battleship. The 8K 3D printer was used because they didn’t want to go beyond the limitations of plastic. Each kit will include 3D-printed ship’s wheels, ship’s bells, and two of the Royal Navy’s renowned mortars.

Below the main deck, in addition to the 24-pounder and 32-pounder cannons, you’ll find even more interesting details such as the bilge pumps, freshwater distillation boilers, the galley, and the capstans. These elements below the surface are what we believe bring the machinery alive. Sailing ships have long been known for their large, flapping flags on the top mast. The Elite Edition:

Along with the Basic Kit, we offer the 77001E HMS Victory Interior Elite Edition. This kit contains everything in the basic kit plus PE parts like rigging, ladders and safety nets for added detail. It also features removable cabin partitions to divide the interior space into areas like the captain’s room, command room and officers’ mess. This reflects the scenes that are often depicted by artists. All of these parts have been 3D printed, which enhances the expressiveness of the model. Additionally, the Elite Edition comes with a stainless steel base to help you display your masterpiece more effectively.
