The stickers in the box
The Namer AIFV’s chassis is the Merkava 4 chassis with sloped hybrid armor to protect the fighting compartment. The vehicle has a remote-controlled weapon station, as well as multiple smoke canisters embedded in the armour. Additionally, the Namer AIFV features two hatches on the hull roof for use by the commander and gunner, as well as a rear ramp for the efficient offload of soldiers and equipment.

ModelThe BMD-1P was first produced in the late 1970s as a modernised variant of the BMD-1, featuring a key upgrade: the integration of a more advanced 9K111 ATGM launcher, replacing the older Malyutka system.

Despite being designed for a specific purpose, the BMD-1P was often employed as a standard infantry fighting vehicle during the conflict in Afghanistan, where it suffered significant losses due to its heavy utilisation in this capacity.
