Here are the new books that Osprey will be publishing in next month.
This book compares and contrasts the PzKpfw 3 and T-34 tanks that were fielded in 1941 by Germany and Soviet Union. The PzKpfw III and T-34 medium tanks fielded by Germany and the Soviet Union in 1941 were both intended as the primary medium tank of each army, but due to production difficulties Both tanks, despite being relatively new, were not deemed satisfactory. Replacements were on the drawing boards for both. The PzKpfw II was smaller, lighter and less well-armed than its Soviet counterpart, but it had the benefit of an experienced and more structured army. The book combines full-colour art, archives, and text based on Russian and German-language resources to show how Germans used their combat experience to overcome the T-34’s strategic strengths.
