Hasegawa adds the Toyota Celica LB 1600GT with its distinctive fastback silhouette to their 1/24-scale model kit lineup! The first model was a two-door, 2+2 coupe that debuted in April 1973. As the “liftback’ name suggests, this car had a big tailgate. The cargo area can be used to store surfboards and camping gear when the back seats are folded. This model kit includes many new parts including interior and body, which were developed based on real vehicle research. The chassis is a collection of standard Toyota Celica 1600GT parts, including the grille and bumper on the front, the wipers, the pillar ducts, the mirror surfaces, etc. The wheels are also eight-spoke Watanabe. Eight-spoke Watanabe wheels are included too.
