Veicolo blindato medio (VBM) Freccia 8×8 infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) is a medium armoured vehicle developed by the consortium Iveco-Oto Melara. This is the first digitalised vehicle that has entered service in the Italian Army. VBM Freccia IFV was developed on the Centauro tank-destroyer chassis, which the consortium created between 1992 and 1996. This kit’s colour scheme

The modified vehicle provides greater protection against anti-tank blasts for its crew. It has an interior that is designed to accommodate a total of eight men, including two in the turret. The driver also sits inside. The first VBM Freccia IFV was delivered to the Italian Army in February 2009, at Cepolispe in Montelibretti, Rome.

The sixth ship of the French Navy, named for Joan of Arc (Jeanne d’Arc in French), a French national hero and Catholic saint who helped France win the Hundred Years’ War. Towards the end of Jeanne d’Arc’s service, she became less suitable for her role because of the growing size and weight helicopters. Jeanne d’Arc, also known as La Resolue was constructed as a replacement for the Jeanne d’Arc from 1930. The ship was retired in May 2010 and decommissioned in September 2010.
