The class consisted of two aircraft carriers, the USS Lexington CV-2 as well as her sister ship USS Saratoga CV-3. USS Lexington CV-2 served as a carrier to refine carrier tactics during a series fleet exercises conducted before World War II. This ship was destroyed in the Battle of the Coral Sea, 1942. The Warship Builder-Lexington is a cute model of the real cold war machine thanks to its bold design. The model is available in two versions: a full-hull or waterline version. Three different types of aircraft can be built. The elevator cover can be removed to reveal the aircraft.
