The consistency of Modelcolor allows for an extremely smooth and uniform paintfilm, with no trace of brushstrokes. Production of Italian tanks during World War II focused on the "M" versions. The M-13/40 was the most famous and widely used tank of the Regio Esercito. Equipped with a 47 mm cannon, it was characterised by the original structure of the chains and suspensions as well as the protection by the characteristic "screw". The American Bell OH-13 Sioux is an icon of aviation history. The helicopter with the distinctive design was developed immediately after the Second World War and distributed to the US Army in the late 1940s. Key features of the OH-13 Sioux were the "bubble roof", exposed rear boom (made of welded pipe), rigid blade landing rack and balloon-shaped fuel tanks. The single-rotor helicopter had a three-seat cabin configuration and could reach a top speed of 170 km/h. It was both robust and exceptionally reliable. During the Korean War, the OH-13 was widely used in large quantities, including enemy observation, extended reconnaissance and medical evacuation. Even at the beginning of the Vietnam War, the Sioux was still used as a reconnaissance helicopter.

Italeri 556068 WWII German SS 1/72 Scale plastic Model Kit On 16th December, 1944, the German forces moved through the forests of the Ardennes, in Belgium, to attach the First U.S. Army. This was the Wehrmacht's last offensive on the western front before the final surrender in 1945. The “Wacht am Rhein” plan envisaged, on the part of General Von Rundstedt , the use of many elite units of Wehrmacht and of Waffen SS. The climax of the offensive was the siege of Bastogne, on December 21st, 1944. The town was defended by the 101st Airborne Division. The models in this kit are equipped with the innovative Sturmgewehr 44 which can be considered the precursor of today's assault rifles.
