Water Effects comes in three colors and a transparent gel. They are made with permanent pigments. The final result will also depend on the color of your ground. Colours can be blended with water, Model Air thinner, or Varnish to achieve the desired effect. Model air adheres exceptionally well to all surfaces. Once varnished, Model air is superior to any other waterbased acrylic.
