4. “We found a large bird.” This issue is entitled M-32 and V-1 Diorama by Michael Liu, in which allied soldiers attempt to recover a crashed V-1 Flying Bomb. Diorama kits, accessories and other products are featured in this section. “Are they beetles?” Ivan Momcilovic’s British Achilles diorama, in which he depicts a scene of British soldiers revealing a stash “Goliath”, RC mine/demolition vehicle. This month’s Dioramag showcase features Cong Wang. There are many great works that will inspire even the most novice modeller. Nikki Triantafillou’s “Pioneers of the Deep”. Nikki Triantafillou’s build and article is about the busy deck of a deep-sea dive. The early 20s scene really captures the atmosphere and shows off the technology available at the time. Riccardo casati’s “Argentan M5 Stuart” diorama. This tiny Stuart, seen in France in WWII during a battle on the side of a road, and its surroundings bring the reader right into the action. Christian Bruer’s “HMS Venomous”. Christian Bruer shows us not only how to create the ship, but also the water it sits in. This article shows how the water complements this small but detailed kit. Bernard Bassous’ “Wheeled Sniper AMX-10 Diorama”. This AMX-10 appears to be in the middle of a sedate training scene, as it passes an open gate. Mikaelterfors’ diorama “Need a Lift?” Hansa Brandenburg W.18 & Merchant Ship. This large diorama tells a story about a German floatplane pilot boarding a Swedish vessel during WWI. What is the story being told?
90. Andreas Coenen’s “101: the Last King Tiger at Potsdamer Platz”, a scene depicting the final days of German-held Berlin during WWII, and the last armored units protecting it from the Soviets, creates an apocolyptic image. This must be a large scene when you consider how big the King Tiger really is.
