Volume 1 includes a detailed corporate history, from 1920-1997, as well as profiles on all the rifle and shotgun models manufactured at ERMA factories. It also features a variety of firearms from shotguns to.22 caliber replicas to the American M1 Carbine to modern sniper weapons. Volume 2 includes a detailed look at all the handguns produced by ERMA. These descriptions include a lot of detail: markings and specifications, production numbers, features and other details. There are both sporting and military models. The “Baby Luger” and a number of other prototypes, as well as the miniaturized version of this pistol were some of ERMA’s most unusual models. Volume 3 contains detailed profiles for all ERMA flare guns and submachine guns. ERMA sold a large number of EMPs to the SS in the buildup to WWII. During WWII, a large number of EMPs was sold to the SS. This book describes in detail the submachine gun designs that the Werke produced before, during and after WWII. This volume also includes flare guns, miscellaneous items and a summary of ERMA’s significant wartime production. This final volume includes an appendix and a wealth of information.
